We provide a full range of tax services including preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate tax returns. We also provide personal and business tax planning. Audit Services: We perform audit services to provide our clients with audited financial statements. Audits are important to management as a source of independent observations and recommendations concerning both accounting and operating matters. An audit also offers reasonable assurance that financial statements reflect the financial position and results of operations of an entity in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.

Compilation & Review Services: We also offer two additional services that are predominantly useful to privately-held companies who do not require the level of assurance provided by an audit and are substantially less costly. In a compilation, we take information supplied by the client and put it into financial statement formats. Review services fall somewhere between a compilation and an audit. Client information is reviewed using analytical procedures and discussions with management to provide limited assurance of the accuracy of the data presented in the financial statements.
